Delete your Ronski account

Your account is deleted at once.

1. Open Settings.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Read what will be removed, tap Delete, then confirm.
4. Sign in again if the app asks. This stops anyone else from deleting your account.

Email [email protected] from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We reply to that address to check it is you, then delete the account. We answer within a few days and delete within 30 days at the latest. We never ask for ID documents.

Your profile, photos, messages and chats, favourites, blocks, likes, event RSVPs, devices, verification, kink survey, consents and support tickets. Your address is also removed from our email provider.

• Reports by you or about you, with their evidence, under a code instead of your name: up to 12 months.
• Images held as suspected child abuse material, under a code: 13 months.
• A record that an account was deleted, without your name: 60 days.
• Encrypted backups: 30 days. A restore deletes your account again.
