Privacy in short
- No ad tracking, and we do not sell data. The website has no analytics or ad trackers.
- Messages are encrypted in transit and at rest. The keys are held on our servers. Staff can open a chat only when it has been reported, and every opening is logged.
- Location is rounded to about 500 metres before it is stored. Other members see only a blurred distance, and members can hide it.
- Health and sex-life details are stored encrypted, with a separate key for each member.
- Reports are reviewed by real people, with automated help. We cannot promise a place free of bad behaviour, but we act on reports.
- Adults only. We ask for a date of birth at sign-up and block anyone under 18. We do not check identity documents.
